JPG, PNG, and PDF files are supported. For best results, upload a clear, well-lit photo of the full product label. Multi-panel labels (front + back) can be uploaded as separate images or a multi-page PDF.

Regbite checks against three regulatory frameworks: FSSAI (labelling, nutrition, claims, ingredients), Legal Metrology (MRP, net quantity, manufacturer details), and AYUSH-ASU (Ayurvedic drug labelling, restricted ingredients). AYUSH rules only apply to Ayurvedic/ASU products.

The compliance score uses severity-weighted scoring. CRITICAL violations carry 4x weight, HIGH 3x, MEDIUM 2x, and LOW 1x. Warnings receive 50% credit. This means a single CRITICAL failure drops your score much more than a LOW-severity issue.

Rules are updated whenever FSSAI, Legal Metrology, or AYUSH publish new regulations or amendments. Our regulation feed tracks all changes, and admin users can re-sync rules and re-check all products when updates arrive.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. All prices are in INR. Enterprise plans can be invoiced with NET-30 payment terms.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.

Yes. All data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases. Label images are stored securely and never shared. We use HTTPS for all connections and bcrypt for password hashing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
