Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrade from your billing page and it takes effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle so you keep your current access until it expires.
Is there a free trial for the Growth plan?
All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You can also book a demo and we will walk you through the platform live before you decide.
Do you issue GST-compliant invoices?
Yes. All invoices include GST with correct HSN codes. Add your GSTIN to your account profile and it will appear on every future invoice for input tax credit (ITC) claims.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI, net banking, and wallet payments — all processed securely via Razorpay. Enterprise customers can also pay by bank transfer.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account and all data (products, labels, compliance reports) remain accessible until the end of your current billing period. After that, the account reverts to the Starter free plan — no data is deleted.
What happens after 15 SKUs on the Starter plan?
You will see a notification when you are approaching your limit. We will not auto-charge you — we will have a conversation about upgrading. The first upgrade conversation is always Vibhu or Navneet personally.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee. No onboarding fee. No hidden charges. Starter customers get a self-serve onboarding guide. Growth customers get a guided onboarding call. Enterprise customers get a dedicated setup session where our team loads your full SKU database for you.
